What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We deliver our tanks via our couriers, or you are welcome to arrange pick up if required. Depending on the tank, we’ll direct you to our specific factory or warehouse.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We only supply water tanks in Western Australia. Yes, that’s all of WA.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Water Tank?

Tank supply will vary between 1 day to 4 weeks. It depends on the tank you are after. Please feel free to contact us first before you order if your order is urgent.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept VISA or Mastercard.  Sorry no Amex.

You can also pay via EFT into our account. These details will be made available on your invoice.

We do not accept cash on delivery.  All tanks are paid for on order.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Yes, of course.

How do I place an Order?

Simply add products to your shopping cart, it will be updated with each product you order. Enjoy the experience and we’re available to assist via email, messenger or phone.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

All orders are final once paid for, but should you have made a wrong decision, please reach out and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.

Please note, that once a tank has been installed, there are no returns.

Naturally we’re happy to deal with any warranty claim.
